Using this as an example: When entered on OVDB, a reference number of 135.007 (we ignore the -63 date stamp), will reveal this: Notes on the OVDB: The OVDB is only a guide. I received a small collection of watches I’m trying to identify and this Omega 21 Electra has me stumped. I cannot find any like it online. Has anyone seen one like it? It’s not been worn for more than 15 years, but in handling it this morning the second hand started moving. Any insight on it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Walker and Hall was founded just before the turn of the 20th century. It seems they were founded in Auckland, N Z, but they may have opened branches elsewhere in the Commonwealth. Here are some tips to help you avoid purchasing a fake vintage Omega. First, you won't find "antimagnetic" or a jewel count on the dial of any Seamaster. Second, that's one crappy movement. The dial says "Omega electra self-wind", the electra part looks original as does the crown just under the 12 mark, the back says "14k Swiss Made" but the inside of the back says "Chancellor base metal" also has a Chancellor 1 jewel movement, a very sad fake I only use Omega spring bars, they are of much higher quality than off-brand products. Spring bars are the weakest link in the connection of your watch band to your watch, not worth looking at lesser quality stuff.
