I'm aware of the relation between Breitling and Sicura, as it is well documented on some websites dedicated to history of horology. I was told by its previous owner that it may have been manufactured in the late sixties or early seventies - as we can see by the picture below, the movement bears no serial number at all (as far as I could notice).
