Just from a fit perspective, the Explorer and the YM 37 look the best on your wrist. The YM is going to be closest to the Submariner, so that’s probably the way to go. If you really love the Sub and it’s something you will always want, fuck it and just get the Submariner. I used to have a FOIS and currently have a daytona. My wrist is about ~6.7 inches. take this with a grain of salt as I haven’t owned both at the same time but I actually found the FOIS wore a bit larger on account of the longer seeming lugs. I've been looking at the Panda Daytona, but I'm concerned about how it would look on my pathetic ass 6" wrists. They wear the smallest of any of the big three Rolex sport watches, smaller than Submariner, smaller than GMT. Go try one on. They’re not as big as they look in pictures. PS five is not even ;)With an ever-expanding pre-owned market, there has never been a better time to finally add your grail Rolex to your collection. If it’s a classic dress watch that you desire, the Rolex Date in 34mm and classic 36mm Datejust are some of the best Rolex watches for smaller wrists.
When finding the right size Rolex for your wrist, there are many important measurements and proportions to consider other than the actual case size of the watch itself. Two watches with identical case diameters can wear significantly different should they have different thickness or lug-to-lug measurements.

I have about 6.5 in wrist and love noth my 116500ln daytona and 15450 37mm royal oak. Both feel to be perfect size for me. But if yours are over 7" then I think they'll be too small.I passed on the GMT as well — 6.25inch wrist here. Always looks too big on me. Same story with the Daytona. 37/35 Yachtmaster can work. Vintage Tudor submariner in 34/36 work.
